We carefully select materials and designs to ensure you get the best possible outdoor seating experience. We’re passionate about creating spaces where you can truly unwind and enjoy the outdoors. 

3. Account Registration and Security

While you don’t *need* an account to browse, creating one can make ordering easier! If you choose to register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at support@mercazoneevervibe.store. We’re here to help!

4. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing information. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We want you to be completely informed before making a purchase! Transparency is key. 

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, unavailability of product, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due at the time of order placement. 6. Shipping and Delivery (USA Only)

We currently ship only within the United States. We aim to get your comfy chair to you as quickly as possible!

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 4-6 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do everything we can to help track your package and resolve any issues. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! 

7. Returns and Refunds (30-Day Happiness Guarantee!)

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MercazoneEverVibeLLC chair! If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

  • Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
  • Return Shipping: FREE! (We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mercazoneevervibe.store. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Your satisfaction is our top priority! 

8. Warranties and Disclaimers (1-Year Peace of Mind)

MercazoneEverVibe warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance
  • Damage caused by acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@mercazoneevervibe.store with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product. This is our promise to you!
