You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if your MercazoneEverVibe chair is perfect for you. If it’s not, you can return it for a full refund, exchange, or store credit – no questions asked (well, maybe just a little feedback to help us improve! ). We want you to feel confident in your purchase, knowing you can return it easily if needed. We’ve heard from customers that this peace of mind really makes the difference!
2. What Can Be Returned? (Almost Anything!)
We accept returns on most of our outdoor chairs, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- In original condition, meaning it hasn’t been heavily used, abused, or damaged. Minor assembly is fine, of course! We understand you need to try it out.
- Returned with all original packaging and accessories (if possible – we know things happen!).
We aim to be flexible and understanding, but please note the exceptions listed below.

Returning your MercazoneEverVibe chair is simple and stress-free:
- Initiate Your Return: Contact our friendly customer support team at support@mercazoneevervibe.store or call us at +1 (859) 745-3032 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 5PM EST). Let us know your order number and the reason for your return (optional, but helpful!).
- Receive Your FREE Return Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. No cost to you!
- Pack and Ship: Carefully repack the chair in its original packaging (or suitable alternative) and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest. We promise a smooth and efficient return process.
4. Refund Methods and Timeframes: Get Your Money Back Quickly!
Once we receive and inspect your returned chair, we’ll process your refund promptly.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
We understand waiting for a refund can be frustrating, so we strive to process them as quickly as possible. We’re often faster than the estimated timeframe!
5. Exchange Policy: Find Your Perfect Fit!
Need a different color? Want to try a different style? No problem! We offer easy exchanges.
- Available Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for different colors or styles of equal or lesser value. (If the new item is more expensive, you’ll just pay the difference!).
- Exchange Process: Contact our customer support team to initiate your exchange. We’ll guide you through the process and help you find the perfect alternative.
Exchanges follow the same shipping process as returns (free shipping label provided!). We want you to be completely happy with your MercazoneEverVibe chair.
6. Return Shipping: Absolutely FREE!
That’s right – return shipping is always FREE for eligible returns within the 30-day window. We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label, so you don’t have to worry about any extra costs.
We believe in making returns as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. No hidden fees, no surprises. Just simple, free returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items: We’ve Got You Covered!
We take pride in the quality of our products, but occasionally, a damaged or defective item may slip through. If you receive a damaged or defective chair, please contact us immediately!
- Reporting Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Options: We’ll offer you a replacement, a repair (if possible), or a full refund – whichever you prefer.
We’ll handle the return shipping for damaged or defective items, of course. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
8. Non-Returnable Items: A Few Exceptions

- Items that have been heavily used, abused, or intentionally damaged.
